Chancellors House and Governors House offer four-bedroom apartment-style suites. Each suite features 4 separate single bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, and a living room area.
A limited number of private suites are available. These apartment-style suites offer a private bedroom, bathroom, living room and kitchen facilities.
Comfortable and affordable residence accommodations are available from mid-May to early-August. Chancellors House and Governors House can accommodate approximately 650 guests and summer students.

Chancellors House

Chancellors House Residence Complex is located at the bottom of College Drive just minutes from the Main Campus. It is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, the North Bay Regional Health Centre and coffee shops!
Governors House
Governors House Residence Complex is located at the North end of our campus, within walking distance of the Main Campus, the Harris Learning Library and Robert J. Surtees Student Athletics Centre.
